What is processed

When you visit, our hosting provider may process technical records needed to deliver and protect the website. These can include your IP address, browser and device information, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request.

If you ask for a launch notice or otherwise email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include in your message. The launch link opens a prefilled message in your own email app. The website itself doesn't submit a form.

Why it is processed

• Technical records are processed to operate the website, maintain security, and diagnose problems.
• A list request is processed because you asked to hear about Acta. That covers the launch announcement and occasional notes about updates. You can ask to be removed at any time.
• Other email information is processed to read and respond to your request and to maintain ordinary business correspondence.

Under European data protection law, the launch request relies on your consent. Website security and ordinary correspondence rely on our legitimate interests, and a request about a possible contract may involve taking steps at your request.

Service provider and transfers

Hostinger provides this website's hosting and email service and may process information on our behalf. Its systems may process information outside your country. The safeguards and locations used by Hostinger are described in its privacy policy and data processing addendum.

We don't sell personal information.

How long information is kept

A list request is kept until you ask to be removed, or until the project ends. Other correspondence and technical records are kept only as long as needed for website security, troubleshooting, responding to the message, ordinary business records, or a legal requirement.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw a launch request by emailing us. Depending on the law where you live, you may also ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to its use. You may complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.

If the website begins using analytics, forms, embedded media, or another service that changes how information is handled, this page will be updated.
